The article by NIIKPU expert, analyst of the Institute for Economic Strategies Sergey Lutsenko "Mitigating an agency conflict with the help of long-term managerial motivation programs" (f. "Motivation and remuneration", No. 1, 2020) was acknowledged by the Department of Economic Legislation of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and will be used in the work departments.

The author examines the features of the agency conflict in the process of corporate governance. To mitigate disagreements, it is proposed to conduct a comparative analysis of the behavior models of a real leader and an abstract bona fide director. The convergence of the financial interests of the parties is achieved through the implementation of a long-term incentive program for management using the best corporate governance practices.
