An article by an expert NII KPU, an analyst at the Institute of Economic Strategies of the Department of Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergey Lutsenko, “A model of a leader acting in the interests of the company: limiting discretion and long-term motivation,” was published in the journal Motivation and Remuneration (No. 3, 2019).

The article discusses the legal model of the leader, which will allow to realize the balance of economic interests of participants within the company. The author describes the advantages of taking fiduciary duties of integrity and reasonableness into account in the corporate charter, proves that the long-term incentive program allows the director to be interested and focuses on long-term management in the interests of the company.
