Denis Dyachenko is the director of the CPMI project management group.

Denis Dyachenko graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economy at the Saint-Petersburg State University and from the Faculty of Automated Control Systems and Computing Technology at the Mozhaiskiy Military Engineering and Space Academy.

Since 2000, Denis has been working on the development of software and the creation of automated information systems. Since 2006 Denis has specialized in problems of improving project management efficiency, re-engineering of business processes and their automation.

The Chairman of the Expert Council on innovations

Aleksandr Ermakov graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in engineering and construction (“Weight-handling, building, transport means and equipment” specialization) and economist/manager (“Economy and management at an enterprise” specialization).

Aleksandr's diploma works concern the topical problem of providing ecological security in the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation. As a result of the conducted research, an innovative mobile utilizing complex was designed. A conceptual project of its implementation was prepared.

After graduation, Aleksandr started working at JSC “Gazprom Automation”.

Aleksandr has worked at the operating level of management on projects of JSC “Gazprom avtomatizaciya” information-analytical systems installation as part of the informational support strategy of JSC “Gazprom”. Aleksandr's main achievements as part of the JSC “Gazprom avtomatizaciya” project team were: the transfer to commercial operation of the information-management system of material and technical resources of JSC “Gazprom”, the completion of the design of a modernized automated dispatcher control system of the JSC “Gazprom” unified gas supply system and the conducting of its independent preliminary tests.

Sergey Arutyunov graduated from the Literature Institute named after Maxim Gorky with a degree in “Creative Writing”. He also has a Bachelor degree in technology science from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISA).

Since 1999 he has worked in economy journalism, including as an executive editor. He has worked with publications such as Lenta.ru, Gazeta.ru, Allmedia.ru.

In 2011 – 2014 Sergey worked in the public affairs offices of federal organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Russian Banks Association.

Sergey is the author of several artist's books (poetry, prose, translations), many literary reviews, economic and analytical articles and reportages. He is regularly published in various literary publications. Since 2005 he has lead a creative writing seminar at the Literature Institute named after Maxim Gorky.

Sergey was awarded the Boris Pasternak Prize (2004), the Moscow International Open Book Fair Prize (2007), a Distinction in the field of criticism from the journal “Contemporary Poetry” (2008), the avantgarde journal “Futurum ART” prize (2010), the Poet-Decembrist Fyodor Glinka Prize (2013). He is a Decoration Holder of the Sergey Esenin “Golden Autumn” Order (2013).

Roman Semov is the director of CPMI administration.

Roman graduated from the Moscow State Mining University with a degree in mining engineering, specializing in “Mining Machinery and Equipment”.

Since 1999 Roman has worked in the “Mosvodokanalstroy” holding. In 2011 he transferred to JSC “Gazprom Avtomatizaciya” to the position of leading specialist in the Department of Project Offices Organization of the Administration of Information-analytical Systems.

He has practical experience of solving various problems concerning the organization and provision of functioning of project/program offices at the Gazprom group at all stages of management cycles.

Sergey Mamlin graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) with a degree in “Multichannel electric connection (MEC)” and “Economics of Management in Telecommunications Agencies”.

In 2013 Sergey completed a course in “Innovation management in enterprises” at the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.

Since 2004 Sergey has worked at JSG “Giprosvyaz”, where he worked his way up from a planning engineer to the head engineer of projects and where he has gained much experience in the field of telecommunication systems projects. In particular, Sergey has participated in the design of a communications system for Olympic venues – the project “Construction of a fiberoptic transmission line (FTL) from Anapa to Sochi with a branch from Dzhugba village to Krasnodar (including project and site survey work)”.

Sergey has also participated in the largest Russian and international projects of constructing and designing underwater fiberoptic transmission lines: “Tymovskoe – Lazarev (sea leg Pogibi – Lazarev)”. “Nakhodka – Sakhalin – Niigata” and “Chernomorye” (Kavkaz-Anapa-Myskhako-Gelendzhik-Arkhipovka-Dzhugba-Nobomikhalovka-Tuapse-Lazarevskoe-Golovinka-Sochi-Veseloe).
