In the course of the transfer of the Russian economy to target-oriented program management, CPMRI is working on perfecting the methods of Russian corporate and project management, including monitoring large-scale projects and programs. The implementation of the Institute’s best practices allows it to guarantee the observance of deadlines and project budgets, by means of regular control and a clear division of responsibilities inside large-scale projects.

The data from the developments is currently under consideration at Russian executive state bodies and has already received a positive evaluation from the Auditing Chamber. In a letter from July 23 to the Chairman of the CPMRI Board of Supervisors, E. Dzhuraev, the management and control instruments offered by the Institute are seen as quite relevant and prospective, and are recommended for use in the realization of large-scale projects and programs.
